Credit Cards and Security: Cuisine Parts International accepts payment
by American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover, and we offer
several ways to complete your transaction.
We are concerned about on-line security and transmitting of
personal and credit card information. For this reason we provide a
secured server and maintain a system we feel is safe.
For your protection, you are required to logon to our secured
server prior to checkout. After that point, all information you
submit will be done via encryption.

If we do not know the answer to your question, we will research it
and get back to you as soon as possible.
Special Orders: If you can't find that special item in our store,
we'll get it for you or try to find out where you can purchase it.

you with availability, pricing and delivery information.
Shipping Charges: Shipping Charges are based on weight and
distance and we insure the package to the value of your order.
Actual charge may differ from the estimate generated on-line.
Sales Tax: We collect sales tax on all shipments to Florida
only.
Mailing Lists: We denounce the practice of unauthorized bulk
emailing, also known as "SPAM Mail" and respect your rights of
privacy.
Our policy is to protect your confidentiality, therefore, we will only
send email to you if pre-authorized to include your address on our
mailing list. We have never rented or sold our mailing list to any one.
Return policy and limited guarantee against defects: Every third party product you buy from Cuisine Parts International is backed by the product manufacturer's warranty and Cuisine Parts International 30 day limited warranty against defects. Cuisine Parts International 30 day limited warranty is a defective exchange policy that provides for replacement of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by either the manufacturer or Cuisine Parts International. After 30 days the product manufacturers warranty is the only warranty in effect. Terms and conditions may vary by product or manufacturer. Products returned must be in new condition, original packaging and include registration cards, packaging materials and other accessories and be received within 30 days of the original invoice date. We reserve the right for charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns. No returns will be accepted without an RA number issued by Cuisine Parts International or when the product manufacturers or distributors return policies supercede ours.
